The Gypsy Quilter Supreme Slider Standard Size Free Motion Slider is a product developed by award-winning quilter Pat LaPierre to make free-motion quilting easier on your domestic sewing machine. The pink sticky back of the slider grips the bed of your machine, keeping it from shifting while you work, while the zero-friction Teflon top allows your project to move freely as you quilt. To use the slider, simply place it on the bed of your sewing machine with the pink sticky side down, lining up the hole on the slider with the needle hole on your machine. The pink sticky back will hold it in place until you're ready to remove it. To remove the slider, simply lift it off the bed of your machine and store it back in its tube for the next project. The slider is white and pink, made of Teflon and silicone, and the pink sticky silicone back can be cleaned with warm soapy water and allowed to air dry, while the white Teflon surface can be wiped with a soft cloth.
